As long as you have an Internet connection, we can help diagnose their computer problems from anywhere in the world! Of course if the machine won't boot up this won't help but if it is a setting or a configuration or operation problem, we can do diagnostics and change configurations remotely or even help install software and updates. In our testing we have been able to connect to 99% of our existing client’s networks.

The computer user can be there in front of their computer for this to work and they grant us access, which ensures there is no breach in security or doing anything behind their back.
